By creating an account and accessing momotix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Upon registration, you will receive a free 3-month membership. After expiration, your membership must be renewed to continue accessing trading tools. The administrator reserves the right to modify membership terms at any time. All memberships are currently offered free of charge.

All proprietary algorithms, signal engines, scoring methodologies, and interface designs are the intellectual property of momotix. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, momotix and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from trading decisions influenced by information on this Platform.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate your account (name, email, username). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and used solely for Platform operations.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at our sole discretion. You may request account deletion by contacting the administrator.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
